Directions:

Vita-Lea
2 tablets daily with food a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.

Optiflora Prebiotic and Probiotic
Prebiotic: 1 g (tsp) of powder with 118 mL (4 oz) of liquid. Take daily with one Optiflora Probiotic capsule.
Probiotic: 1 capsule daily with a meal. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Life Shake
Blend or stir two scoops into 237 mL (8 U.S. fl oz) of water or your favourite dairy or dairy-substitute beverage. Customize your Life Shake by adding ice and/or your favourite ingredients including fruit, vegetables, or nut butters.

GLA Complex
Take 2–3 capsules daily with meals or as recommended by a health care practitioner.
